How long does shipping take for Group Buy items?

Group Buy orders typically take 3 to 6 months for production and fulfillment. Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA).

What is the return policy for custom keyboard kits?

Due to the limited nature of our products, we only accept returns for items with manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom-built units and switch sets are non-refundable.

Do your keyboards support QMK or VIA software?

Yes, most Qwertykeys products feature PCBs that are fully compatible with VIA and Vial for easy keymap customization and macro programming.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay to ensure a secure checkout process.

Do I need to solder the switches myself?

We offer both Hotswap and Solder PCB options. If you choose a Hotswap PCB, you can simply plug in your switches without any soldering required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
